WAYS TO SERVE
At Frisco First, we believe that Others BENEFIT through sharing—whether it’s our work, witness, or wealth. One way we measure spiritual growth is by asking, "Is my daily work helping others flourish?" Service opportunities inside and outside the church allow us to live that out.

Serve Your City
SPRING 2026
We're looking forward to our very first Serve the City event—an incredible opportunity to put faith into action and make a real difference in our community. Together, as a church, we’ll roll up our sleeves to clean local parks and neighborhoods, bringing beauty and care to the places we call home. In addition, we’ll extend love and practical help to senior adults who may need assistance with tasks like painting, mowing, or cleaning around their homes. Whether you come with your family, LIFEGroup, or on your own, this is a powerful way to be the hands and feet of Jesus—bringing hope, help, and the heart of Christ to our city.

Serve the Church
In John 13:35, Jesus said, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Serving within the church is an essential part of building relationships with other believers and growing in Christ.
Preschool Ministry
At Frisco First, the Preschool Ministry partners with parents to build a strong biblical foundation in young children, introducing them to Jesus through engaging activities and loving mentorship. Volunteers play a crucial role in nurturing faith, serving on a rotating schedule during Sunday morning services, and supporting midweek Awana Cubbies, which helps preschoolers learn about God through interactive lessons and parental involvement. Through storytelling, games, and hands-on experiences, children begin to understand biblical truths while growing in their faith and connection to the church community.
Blue Student Ministry
Student Small Group Leaders foster Christ-centered relationships by consistently mentoring and engaging with students in a safe, authentic environment. They guide discussions, actively listen, and support each student's spiritual growth by helping them apply biblical truth to real life. Groups meet Sunday mornings, with high school students at 9:30 AM and middle school students at 11:00 AM, led by two adults for every 10–15 students.

Audio/Visual (A/V) Tech Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sound, lighting, and media operations during Sunday worship services and special church events. They set up and test equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the worship team to create an engaging experience. No prior experience is needed—hands-on training is provided, allowing volunteers to learn valuable A/V and administrative skills while serving the church community.
Worship Arts
Worship Arts Volunteers help lead Christ-centered worship through music, media, and creative expression, fostering an atmosphere that honors God and uplifts the congregation. Serving as vocalists, instrumentalists, or audio/visual team members, they support Sunday services, Celebrate Recovery, and other events by arriving early for sound checks and rehearsals. Their dedication ensures a worship experience that eliminates distractions and directs all glory to God.
