Giving FAQ

 

Online giving continues to grow in popularity at Frisco First! Currently, over 75% of our families give in this way; it is simple and backed by top-notch security provided by PushPay. Online giving is safe, secure and 100% free. It’s a great way to be intentional about honoring God and being generous.

Can I designate my giving to a specific fund or account?
Yes, you can give to the Ministry Plan (budget), Missions, Building Fund and seasonally to Christmas Offering.

 

What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards as well as e-checks. E-checks require a routing number and bank account information.

 

Are there additional fees associated with giving online?
Not to the individual, but the church incurs the fee. The fees assessed for credit card payments average to 3% of total receipts. However, ACH processing is a flat fee per gift of $0.49.  For this reason, we ask you to consider shifting your giving to ACH.

If I schedule recurring donations, can I change the frequency or amount at any time?
Yes.

 

What happens if I change banks?
You can change the funding source at any time; the old recurring gift must be dropped and the new account added.

Will I receive a contribution statement for online donations?
Yes, and you have access to your giving statement through your Church Community profile 24/7.

 

Can I give online and still give in a service?
Yes.
