An Important Update from the Senior Leadership Team...
Our Mission Statement is simple: Frisco First exists to invite people into relationship with Jesus and each other.
When we see God at work within our church family, we need to take the time to stop and celebrate how He is changing hearts and lives! What an amazing month it has been! This past month the Lord has allowed us to witness our student ministry baptizing 23 students at Renew Camp! In addition, this past Sunday we celebrated 22 baptisms right here in our courtyard! Praise the Lord for 45 changed lives! Please take a moment to thank God for what He has done and is doing in our church family. Pray that He would continue to use us right here in the middle of our town. The last seven weeks we have been challenging ourselves to consider how we can lean into biblical hospitality. One of the strengths of our church is that we are welcoming, kind, and down to earth. God continues to draw people to us as we practice biblical hospitality together. We are pleased to report that we hosted our largest Newcomer’s Lunch of the year two weeks ago, with over 80 in attendance! One thing we feel we need to bring to the attention of all members and regular attenders is that, although attendance is up 14% over last year, giving was down 17% in August. This is a challenge, and it is one that we believe we will overcome together with the Lord’s help. May we ask you to prayerfully consider your giving in light of all that God is doing in and through our church? We have always believed that giving is an integral part of how we worship the Lord by acknowledging our gratitude to Him and our dependance on Him. If you would like to setup recurring giving or to make a one-time donation to the church, please visit the church website. Please remember opting for ACH payments helps minimize fees, if that possibility works for you. If you’d like to write a check, feel free to drop it in one of our wooden donation boxes located in the Worship Center Foyer on Sunday mornings. Lastly the church mailing address is: 7901 Main Street, Frisco, TX 75034. Thank you for loving the Lord and for choosing to be part of what He is doing in Frisco and beyond through Frisco First Baptist Church! We are honored to serve alongside you. Your unwavering faithfulness enables Frisco First to continue spreading God's love and expanding ministries that reach children, young people, and adults all over Frisco with the life-changing love of Jesus Christ. Together, we are making a lasting impact on our community and the lives of those we touch. With gratitude and hope, Dr. Chuck Martin, Senior Pastor David Fuquay, Executive Pastor Mike Gould, Pastor of Creativity
If You Need Prayer...
After every service, we have dedicated people down front to pray with you over your needs, to help you respond to the Lord, or just listen. You may also request prayer here.
